Orders to UK addresses are sent to the printer/distributer the day they are received and will be posted the same or next working day (Royal Mail signed for service).
For International orders, or multiple book orders (5 or more books), please use the contact page to request a shipping quote. Shipping will be based on destination, weight and postal service available. Shipping discounts are available for orders of 5 or more books.
Books available for pre-order are subject to immediate payment and will be placed in a queue on a first come, first served basis. Books will be despatched as soon as they become available but no later than 3-4 weeks after placing the order. Every effort will be made to ship the book sooner than the stated timeframe.
Discount Coupons:
Occasionally discount coupons may be made available. Codes should be added to the basket at checkout. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
Order Amendments:
Should an order need amending, for example the shipping address requires altering or something similar, please use the contact page within 2 hours of placing the order. The author will do everything possible to contact the printer/distributor and inform them of any changes. Please be aware, due to rapid turnaround times, it may not be possible to make amendments, and it is recommended that all details are checked when placing orders.
In the unlikely event that the book received has printing errors or arrives damaged, please get in touch via the contact page including photos of the incorrect pages or damage and, where appropriate, the author will organise a replacement.
The author will make every effort to rectify any issues but please be aware, there is a no refund policy.
